Project developed over a couple of decades incrementally increasing to its current density.  Initially as a loft space addition attached  to the main building (SFD) in 2001 and then a conversion of the detached garage into a one bedroom ADU in 2021.  The existing property is zoned multi-family and is improved with a single family dwelling and detached two-story duplex build in the 1940s.
